PARO EN BELGRANO NORTE
el dia jueves 29 de octubre en la asamblea de sector de guardas y evasion se resolvio por unanimidad hacer un paro de 24 hs. por la seguridad en las formaciones y en las estaciones, la problematica viene desde marzo cuando el compañero delegado, Jose Trejo el co.p.i.p Claudio Albarracin firman un acta en donde la empresa se compromete a poner personal de seguridad (hunter) en las formaciones, si bien los compañeros explican que es un parche, pero que no es definitivo.
anduvimos bien unos meses hasta que la empresa saco a los vigiladores para que realizen otras tareas, y ahi comienzan de nuevo los problemas, los compañeros guardas comienzan a ser agredidos de todas las maneras, hasta que en el 12 de agosto se resuelve hacer un paro de 24 hs.
el ministerio dicto la conciliacion obligatoria y el compañero albarracin nos fue informando lo que iba sucediendo en las reuniones con secretaria de transporte y el miisterio del interior.
el 2 de septiembre se firmo un acta compromiso para la concesionaria ferrovias y para ugofe (roca), donde el compañero nos informa que se incrementaran mayor dotacion de personal de policial federal, gendarmeria y policia boanerense. acuerdo que no se respeto pasado casi 60 dias y cansado de dialogar con la empresa se dicidio el viernes 30 realizar un paro de 24 hs.
el dia del paro las formaciones fueron sacada del deposito por personal fuera de convenio y personal de la fraternidad que hicieron de guardas ( carneros).
cerca del medio dia nos congregamos en la seccional y el compañero albarracin junto con el delegado jose trejo y el aydte de directivo juan robledo nos explican que fueron citado en el ministerio de trabajo y seguridad social para arribar a acuerdo.
el compañero albarracin le informa por telefono al compañero trejo que arreglo una nueva cita para el lunes 2 de noviembre para poder implementar lo acordado en el acta anterior.
